Klyra is committed to protecting your privacy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
1. What We Collect
- Account Information: Email, password (hashed), payment info via Stripe.
- Usage Logs: IP address, request timestamp, and status code for security and billing.
- Optional Metadata: Model usage, latency, confidence scores.
2. What We Don't Collect
- We do NOT log or store input/output content unless:
- Logging is explicitly enabled (e.g. for debugging)
- You are on the Free or Dev plan and haven't opted out
- You are NOT using Trustless™ mode
3. Data Retention
- Logs: 30 days unless deleted earlier or anonymized.
- Account data: Until you delete your account.
- Request content: Deleted after processing unless explicitly stored.
4. GDPR Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and export your data
- Request deletion
- Restrict or object to processing
- File a complaint with your data protection authority

5. Cookies
- We use essential cookies for session management.
- No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Subprocessors
We use:
- Cloudflare (edge delivery + DDoS protection)
- Stripe (billing)
- Google Cloud / Oracle (infrastructure, regional)
All subprocessors are GDPR-compliant and under strict DPA agreements.
7. Security
- HTTPS enforced
- Access tokens hashed and scoped
- Trustless™ mode enables zero-logging, end-to-end encrypted inference
