Klyra Terms of Service

By using Klyra ("Service", "we", "our", "us"), provided by Vynx Technologies, you ("User", "you", "Customer") agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Service

• You agree not to use Klyra for illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• You are responsible for implementing the moderation results into your own application logic.
• Abuse, including DDoS attempts, API scraping, or automated testing without rate negotiation, may result in IP bans or termination.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for securing your account and API keys.

3. Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
• Overages may apply based on Pay-as-you-go usage.
• Failed or fraudulent payments may result in service suspension.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms or abuse of our infrastructure.

5. Availability & Liability

• Klyra aims for 99.9% uptime but makes no guarantees.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for the moderation decisions made by AI models; final implementation is up to the developer.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content.
• All branding, IP, and model routing logic belong to Vynx Technologies.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies agreement to the new terms.
